How to report bugs

I’ve used Plex for a couple years now and really like it. I recently found a bug in the Guide for Live TV & DVR but don’t know where or how to report it. Plex apparently doesn’t want to hear from their users via e-mail, or the web form on this site, so I don’t know where to report it.

As an example, I was tracking down a problem with why one program suddenly wasn’t recording. I discovered the “New” label was mistakenly missing from the Guide. Since the program was set to record only new airings, it failed.

So-o, how exactly does a user report these problems if not directly to the engineering or support staff?
