How to restart Tuner Setup in Live-DVR?

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033

I configured Live TV & DVR as described here.

During the initial setup, I tried to guess the right entry for the Tuner Setup…

And selected a proper Network, as far as I could guess…

After that, the channel scan brought me just 4 usable channels (out of 186).

Grrr

So I would like to try other ‘entries’ and restart this Tuner Setup - But how to?

Any Ideas?

If YOU came across, because of the same question…
…and because there is no Reconfigure button…
…and because there is no Remove Tuner button (to execute the initial Tuner Setup again)…

Here is a rude workaround:

1. Stop Plex Media Server

2. Make a backup of your SQL Lite Database (com.plexapp.plugins.library.db)

3. Open the original database with a SQL Editor (I used DB Browser for SQLite)

4. Open the table “media_provider_resources” and just DELETE the entry with the tuner you want to reconfigure:
   

   

5. Safe the table and restart Plex Media Server

If everything went well, you can restart doing the initial setup as described in my first post and repeat until you found the right combination of the Tuner Setup - Awkward but it works

@PlexDev: Please be so kind to add a proper RECONFIGURE function or at least a REMOVE button (or both?).
