Since upgrading to latest version my Plex DVR has been deleted and now asks to be set up again. When trying to scan for Tuners it cant find my HDHomeRun tuners or my xteve/tellytv virtual tuners.
Anyone else seeing this issue and is there a work around? Even manually entering the IP address of the tuners isnt showing anything.
Did you intend to post the same issue twice? That’s generally discouraged.
breaking working functions is also generally discouraged but they still seem to manage it. Just need a fix for it as my users and i regularly use the live tv function and i cant seem to find the previous version to download so i can get it working again
I agree, it’s unfortunate when issues occur while upgrading versions. And when I said “generally discouraged” I should have said “explicitly forbidden by the forum guidelines.”
However, there may be a way for you to recover. See @OttoKerner 's post here:
If you’re comfortable with SQL, it shows how you can remove all traces of your previous DVR configuration so that you can re-add your tuner(s). Sometimes stale information is left in the database when tuners are removed, so they can’t be re-added.

Running the SQL query and deleting the data in the table has resolved the issue and i can now see the HDHomerun tuners. Thanks for your response as it looks like its worked and is now populating the guide.
