Sometimes I feel my server being a bit sluggish and I shell in to find the plex transcoder running and using quite a bit of CPU. Very often this is later in the evening. I check the activity panel and see no one actually watching content. Is there some scheduled task that would run the transcoder from time to time? If so, how can I turn that off? If no one is using the server then I want it to just sit there
