How to Schedule the Tasks To Optimize Database and Clean Bundles Daily Instead of Weekly

I am wondering if it is possible to schedule the Optimize Database and Clean Bundles tasks to run daily during maintenance as opposed to only weekly?

Edit: I know what options are made available to us via the GUI - but I am wondering if anyone had done this via any other means (scripts, python PlexAPI, or otherwise)?
