How to select "sort by" for a library

How do I set my preferred “sort by” for a library’s content? At one time I could do this, but it has been a while and I have forgotten how to set the initial sorting method or change the sorting method. Could someone kindly tell where this setting is?

What client are you using?

Sorting is only available if you are in the “Library” view mode,
with “folder view” mode disabled.

The sorting selector is always located at the top in “desktop” and “big screen” clients.

Mobile clients have the sorting selector behind the “Filter” icon.

Thanks, OttoKerner, I see it now. Now where exactly do I find and select Library or Folder view modes?

In the above screenshot, it is under “Movies” at the top, just left of the Sorting order.

Thanks for hangin’ in there with me, Otto. I must be dumb as dirt because I don’t see “folder view” anywhere in the earlier screenshot. I’m going to try to attach my screenshot for comparison.

Click on “Movies”.
