How to set RAM transcode parameters?

Hi guys,

I have just installed my plex server on a Linux Ubuntu PC (22.04 LTS). It is entirely dedicated to plex. It has 32 GB RAM and I don’t have a graphics card, the transcoding being performed by the graphics chipset of the I7 12700K processor.

I discovered that I could save the life of my SSD by designating “/dev/shm” in “Transcoder Temporary Directory”.

Is this the only setting that works?

Or do I need to change something in my fstab or elsewhere?
