Seems there actually is a feature suggestion – however it appears that got little attention over the last few years

Shares restriction: by ratings AND by genre

Hi, I wish Plex would allow me to restrict managed users’ shares not only for ratings OR labels, but by ratings AND genres (possibly a blacklist, a-la “all except…”). Example: I’m fine with my son being able to watch The Avengers (PG-13) but don’t want him to see The Grudge (PG-13). Being able to allow PG-13 and blacklist “Horror” genre would be great, zero-effort to mantain. Label approach requires me to fiddle with any item I’d ever add to the library, not that great imho.
