There seems to be a sort feature missing from Plex Media Player when you create playlists of movies and maybe other media. Id like to be able to sort a playlist by either name, release date, etc. but I don’t see an option to do so in the header that includes the playlist name. You can drag movies by the three lines next to the them and reorder them but there’s no option besides that. Any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure if the screen shots were uploaded or not because they don’t show in the dialog box.
You’re right that would seem normal to be able to sort a playlist be various fields.
Maybe Plex has the ability when the items are in a collection.
