How to Start Rasplex with MCE Remolte?

Hello,

i have a problem. My Raspberry PI 3B+ with Rasplex and Microsoft Media Center Remolte is Working almost fine, but wenn i turn the PI off with the “PC Power” Button the pi shuts down without problems but “Power on” dosent work.

What for settings i must make to solve this problem ?
