For the love of all things plex… how do you stop the constant “what’s new features” when you open the app.
I’m on iOS…. it’s insanely annoying. I am tired of skipping, I just don’t want it to show up.
+1, this happens to me too. I’ve clicked through it many times, and I’ve clicked “Skip” many times. But every time I do a fresh launch of the iOS app, I see the same “what’s new” screen.
In the next major update this screen / flow will be removed as you are absolutely right that for most users, this is no longer “new”. The flow launching every time you launch the app seems a bit odd (like a bug) but I guess in this case, removal of that screen “fixes” the issue.
Good to know it will be removed. At a minimum, there should have been some sort of way to suppress that flow once you’ve been through it once.
Is there a release date for next major update? I’m not sure I’ve ever crossed my fingers so much checking every day that the app gets fixed!
