After sonic analysis finished I started noticing that when I add a new track, I often see analysis happening on 6 tracks. I was finally curious enough to head into the logfiles. I see two errors happening: “Analysis had wrong number of dimensions…skipping” and “Error decoding analysis input files”.

Use the Plex web app.
Open the Plex media info of one audio track in the same music library.
Inspect the address bar of your web browser.
It’ll show something like https://192-168-1-8.a4a4a4a4a4a4a4a4a4a4.plex.direct:32400/library/metadata/966995?checkFiles=1&includeAllConcerts=1&includeBandwidths=1&includeChapters=1&includeChildren=1&includeConcerts=1&includeExtras=1&includeFields=1&includeGeolocation=1&includeLoudnessRamps=1&includeMarkers=1&includeOnDeck=1&includePopularLeaves=1&includePreferences=1&includeRelated=1&includeRelatedCount=1&includeReviews=1&includeStations=1&X-Plex-Token=...
Of interest is the number immediately after plex.direct:32400/library/metadata/ before the question mark.
Replace this number with the number from your server log file.
Then press Enter on your keyboard.
You should be taken to the XML of the faulty track.
