How to uninstall a plugin that I never used and it won't auto-uninstall?

Unable to uninstall a plugin. I have an old copy of the WebTools plugin. Apparently plugins are no longer supported in Plex or something and I never used it anyway. But when I go to uninstall it a red box pops up that says the plugin cannot be uninstalled. Is there a secret checkbox somewhere that will enable me to uninstall this? Or how do I do that manually and not mess anything in my Plex up?

  1. Stop Plex

  2. Remove (delete) the Webtools plugin from

  • Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
    -or
  • PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
  1. Start Plex

None of these partial paths can be located. Are you able to provide full path details to cleanse plugins from a Windows 10 server running the latest 64-bit edition of Plex please?
