Running PMS version 1.22.0.4163
I realize plugins are no longer supported, but i have six of them from years past that will not uninstall. I just get a pop-up stating “This plugin could not be uninstalled.”
How do I remove them?
You access your Plex data folder and delete the folder of each plugin inside the Plug-ins subfolder.

Thank you. That helped. It had been so long since I messed with plug-ins that I forgotten about that.
