I just installed PlexConnect this morning but am wondering how I go about updating to the latest version when an update is released.
no auto-option right now .. just go to github daily and check when the last changes made ..
in the future, therr'll be an app that will check from updates by what i understood from one of foob4r's comments.

oh yeah.
you can type git pull after cd plexconnect (folder)
Does a git pull respect any changes you have made on your own? aka custom DNS. Or does it overwrite all the files?
It won’t overwrite settings,cfg.
If you have hacked any of the code it may overwrite those files, but we do not support those setups.
When I type “git pull” I get the following error.
“Fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories)”
