Yes you will need 2 certificates if you want to use either configuration and you will require 2 profiles - i have tested this myself and can confirm it works.

yes you can. just add the second certificate to the profile over the "+" in the upper right corner.
Awesome work everyone. The iMovie icon makes a much better Plex App, and now I can have the standard trailers again!
Any chance we can get iMovie as the permanent solution instead of trailers?

Thanks for the replies. I had a chance to try it last night. I could indeed add both certificate files to a single .mobileconfig file, and I uploaded that via the "Add a Profile" option on the ATV (highlight "send Data to Apple" and press Play on remote, then go through and specify a URL to upload a .mobileconfig file), replacing the existing one with my new one.
Seems to work perfectly. Trailers app is now back to being the trailers app and iMove Theater is the entry point for PlexConnect. It does seem a little slower, as in the GUI side of things, but that might just be a placebo affect. Playback of media is still as quick as normal.
Netflix still works (I am using unblockus / netprotect to pretend I'm in the US - I'm in Canada).

Can I clarify what you mean by Edit Settings.cfg file? Does that mean I mean to add that into it, as I can't seem to see where I would change something similar to it in my Settings.cfg file:

It'd be best to reread this thread. The answers are there.
- If you get the latest version of PlexConnect from GitHub and run it, it will add the "hosttointercept" config parameter.
- You'll need to add another cert onto your Atv. It can be installed alongside the one you've already installed in your profile.

I really thought that I had gotten a latest commit, however just after reading your note I went and found one more recent. I do apologize for that.
The cert is on the ATV, now showing two profiles. Thanks for letting me know that I don't need to delete one of them
Should I be getting asked to sign in with my Apple ID? once I'm in all it says is:
"Projects that you create with iMovie and share to Theater will automatically appear here."
what would you guys like to look at to see what I am doing wrong?

- Is your atv DNS set to the IP of the machine running PlexConnect?
- Is PlexConnect running?

Yup you were right that was the best thing. And, to get a woman's touch on it as well. For all those that stepped in to take a long at this, thank you very much. It is all working as explained, and I do appreciate your efforts. Great project and a create app to hijack for PlexConnect. Bravos all around.
Can someone help me get this setup - added new cert and added profile to ATV but still can’t get iMovie app to display plexconnect and trailers app does not revert back to working
Have you rebooted you ATV? It may be caching the old DNS address
No I will reboot ATV in the morning and see if that makes any difference. I use to have it setup to to play via the trailers app but have now renamed the cert files for this to .old and have the two new cert files for www.icloud.com added… Is there any config files with plexconnect that need to be changed at all?
