HRTV Plugin

Hi, everyone! Since my wife is a big horse racing fan, I recently put together a plugin for HRTV’s website. It should already be stable enough for everyday use, but you’ll get the best results out of it if you have a login already. It’s Framework 2 only but I’m not sure that’s an issue for anyone anymore.

Installation is simple, just grab the bundle’s zip file from here and unpack into the plugins directory as usual. Once Plex picks it up, go to Preferences and put in your username and password if you have one. (You’ll need a user account to get the live stream and some items in the video vault, and I believe it’s pay only. If you don’t have rights to access it, you’ll just get a “No content found” message.) The default size of videos are 720x450 right now. It seems to be a good sweet spot between quality and processor pull; 1280x720 makes mid range machines chug bad enough to drop frames all over the place. My netbook can’t actually do transcode on 720x450 well, but it is a netbook.

The actual project directory is here, on GitHub. There’s not a lot of moving parts to it, I’m using a site configuration for live streaming and direct librtmp for displaying Video Vault items.

Hope everyone enjoys. I’ve already submitted it to the dev team, so with any luck, it’ll be on the official list soon

I can't get this to work.  Has it been submitted and rejected?  I know the post is old but I'd really like this option.

I would also like to use this bundle but while it displays the video to show, it does not play it.  Can anyone help?
