HTTP 429 when fetching certificate

Hi,

My HTTPS connection not working, because my server not have certificate. I get the following lines in the log:

I have reset your certificate.

Stop Plex.
Let it stay off for 20 minutes.
Start Plex

It should get a new certificate.
If not, please message me and I will look again at Plex.tv
