I noticed this evening after I received a transcoder crash while switching live tv channels in Roku App that Plex is reporting 2 tuners in use but when I access the tuner (HDHomeRun Prime) it only shows 1 in use:

This has happened previously and the only way to fix it is to restart the Plex server.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
I am using Version 1.9.6.4385
