HW Encoding Stopped Working RTX5000 V1.28.2.6106 Worked Last Week?

I am running the above server version on windows 10 with a RTX 5000 Quadro Card
the system has always worked well and I have not changed anything but now I am getting bad GPU transcoding and it is using CPU and not GPU

I have already reinstalled the server and also the GPU drivers but no luck
is anyone else having any problems with this version ?
Never had a problem in the last 5 years

Turn of HDR or drop back to 1.28.0.5999, Plex is aware.

If you use the plexupdater it should keep a copy in that directory otherwise you kinda have to goole for a site that saves old copies like : Older versions of Plex Media Server (Windows) | Uptodown

Thank you for all your help this seems to have fixed the issue, just shows maybe the latest version is not always the best thank you for your quick help with this
