HW Transcoding issue on 1.18.5.2309

P5000 installed and I am still encountering Windows crashes when using HW Decoding. If my CPU does the decoding then the Plex app crashes and Windows doesn’t. If my GPU does both decoding and encoding Windows blue screens and crashes.

I think my issue might be related to this.

Transcoder crashing / not using HW acceleration on Windows running as a server - with WORKAROUND for RDP

I’ve had issues since installing plex server on my windows micro PC and using HW acceleration. “Server” is based on Celeron J4105 SOC which should have enough power when using HW transcoding.
