HW Transcoding Issues Ubuntu 22.04LTS

Hello! I am running Plex Version 1.26.1.5772 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Server via Docker Compose with an Intel Core i5-12600K (Alder Lake) and I cant for the life of me get HW Transcoding to work. I am running Linux kernel 5.17.

Has anyone been able to get this to work?

After days of messing around with a new build to replace my very old Plex server, I almost got everything working.
