HW Transcoding not working after PMS update

After updating to PMS 1.32.1.6999-91e1e2e2c all HW transcoding has stopped working.
I am using a Nvidia Quatro P2000, which has been working without issus for years.
I have downgraded to PMS 1.30.1 and now all is working as normal.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if this is a PMS issue or something else in my setup.

Having the same problem here with vaapi/qsv on 13th gen intel.
I’m seeing the following when I try:

Anyone ever see this?

Ubuntu 23.04, 6.2.2 kernel, tried 6.2.14 as well. This used to work.
i9-13900k CPU if that’s relevant. intel-media-va-driver installed, tried both the regular and non-free varieties.

vainfo looks good, intel_gpu_top works, plex member of video and render groups. This one has me stumped.

The same exact thing happened to me. Did anyone at Plex ever get back to you with a solution? The fact that the Plex Reddit is down is intensely frustrating.

No, I still have the issue and it’s very frustrating.
I don’t know how to get Plex to have a look at this issue.
