HW Transcoding stopped working with HDR Tone Mapping

OS: Unraid 6.9.1 2021-03-08
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-10110U CPU @ 2.10GHz

Server Version#: 1.22.3.4392 (Lifetime Plex Pass)
Player Version#: Plex for Windows 1.31.1.2262

After my recent update to Plex Server latest version, HW transcoding with Intel GPU stopped working for HDR tone mapping with HEVC 10 bit media.
All other types of media correctly use HW transcoding; also HEVC 10 bit media use correctly HW transcoding if I turn off HDR tone mapping.
Is this a known bug or did I mess up?

It should work if you update to server version 1.23.0.4482. There was a bug in recent versions that stopped 10th gen CPUs from properly transcoding HDR. It was recently fixed, and should be included in the latest Plex pass PMS version.

I changed the docker repository to “:plexpass”, updated and the bug is gone! :wink:
