HW Transcoding Not Working when HDR Tonemapping Selected

I’ve seen some other forum posts about this topic, but none relating to this version of Plex and it looks as though this is considered resolved. However, it seems to be an issue for me so thought I’d raise it.

The issue is as per the title - HW transcoding works great on 1080p material, and on 4K material when HDR tonemapping is disabled. However, enabling HDR tonemapping stops the HW transcoder from working, and transcoding reverts to the CPU which invariably results in buffering/stuttering.

I’m running Plex via docker in Unraid. Hardware wise, my server has an Intel i3-10100 CPU with quicksync.
