I am High Jacked now I can’t get rid of it

I have someone who that’s taken over my account and now I can’t get rid of him.

I’m new and tried a number of things but nothing has worked.

I finally decided to uninstall my server completely and start fresh but when I logged back in he was still there.
I then decided I would create a totally new account, new userid and password. I signed into the web.tv player and then downloaded the media server software but to my amazement he was still there.
I concluded there must be some files being left on my window computer hard drive and then picked up on the install.

Is there a way to do a fresh start and not get these old files which brings back the person who High Jacked my account?

Please help!

Also, installing PMS does not remove your old account info. See Uninstall Plex Media Server | Plex Support to start over.
