Stuck while trying to switch accounts for a server

I created a brand-new account so I can be the main account. I disconnected my server from my old account and deleted it. Now however there’s no way to claim the old server. I’ve followed several guides with no success. It also just keeps telling me to install the “plex media server” even though it already is. Im totally stuck how to solve this
