I am stuck with UNAVAILABLE in Plex for Movies and TV Shows

OS: Windows

Please Help! When I delete on the hard drive some files, PLEX keeps it in is database and the file is written UNAVAILABLE (see attached print screen)

  • I have tried all the steps below:

– Scan library files;
– Refresh metadata;
– Empty TRASH;
– Optimize Database;
– Clean Bundle

Please, do not tell me to delete it from PLEX because when you have few hundreds of episodes for TVshows, it’s a really long process to do it manually.

Well, the only way I have found was to remove the folder and the re-add it. That sucks because you need to redo some tv shows that where not properly detected.

Would still need help on this one!
