I have the service on my lap top but I can’t get to the screen to add my amazon fire stick that I have connected to my TV. The website won’t give me the page to type in the code. How do I watch plex movies on my TV. There’s got to be another way to connect my TV. If not I’ve wasted my money purchasing a press pass
When you access the Plex app on the Fire stick, you should have a four digit code. You go to http://www.plex.tv/link and enter the code.
I can’t get the page needed to enter the code. When I go to the site it just bypass the screen where you enter the code. Is that the only way to enter the code. I can’t connect my TV.
When you open a browser window on your computer and go to the link page, it doesn’t work?
No it doesn’t. It goes straight to the launch page. Is there another way to connect my TV.
Have you tried another browser? Even the browser on a phone would work, as long as you are logged into the Plex website. Are you using any popup blockers?
Because the site remembers me it just keeps taking me to the Launch page.
What is the launch page? There should be no redirect from http://www.plex.tv/link.
I tried it on my tablet and it came up. All set now.

I had exactly the same problem after the latest update for my Samsung tv.
I have an iMac with Sierra v 10.12.2
Before I spotted this thread I posted a question for help as I was stuck.
I used the link http://www.plex.tv/link. that kegobeer-plex gave above and it comes up with a different log in screen which works fine.
Is this a small issue which Plex could look at please as I’m sure others will have the same prob?
