As per the dialog… did you use the correct credentials for that share?
In order to use it properly with Plex, you might want to map it to a drive letter within your local file system (e.g. \\readyshare\T_Drive\ -> P:\)
Whenever you have to access file shares, don’t rely on Windows storing the access credentials for that file share.
It is not reliable.
What you should do:
Create a user account on the file server/NAS which uses identical username and password as the Plex server.
This will always give immediate access, in my experience.
I don’t know how to do that. Sorry.
This is my share name what do I add to it?
\\readyshare\T_Drive
What kind of device is this?
Is it a full-blown NAS or just a USB drive plugged into your router?
This article would be applicable if the device is a ReadyNAS:

Thank You OttoKerner. Took me a bit to figure out but I managed but only because of your help.
Thanks again!
