I cannot access the settings menu

I just installed Plex Media Server. I can’t see the settings menu to configure it. For this reason, I cannot add any media to my library. As you can see in the screenshot, I click on the account section in the upper right corner, but there are no settings in the left menu. What am I missing? I’m new to Plex so I need help.

If I click on your media option I get a message telling me to get a Plex media server.
Whereas Plex Media Server is already installed.
