Cannot add server/media

So a few days ago, Plex stopped seeing my media. I still get the stuff from Plex but it’s not seeing the media server I have had set up for years. At first, it wouldn’t even connect to the dashboard. After signing out and in of everything, still nothing. So I uninstalled the server re-installed. I can access the settings/dash now but when I go to +Your Media I just get the screen inviting me to “GET PLEX MEDIA SERVER” and the button that takes me to the download page. But the server is installed and seems to otherwise be running correctly. Any thoughts?

Thanks again but I do have another quick question. When I went to clear the registry entries listed in that article, I did not have the one named PlexOnlineHome. Is this something I would need to address? Thanks!

It will automatically be created, once you sign in your server.
