I cannot play my Synology NAS library on any device

Hi

I have Synology NAS DS 415play with DSM 6.2.4 , 7 update and since I moved to new house I cannot play my Synology media libraray on any Plex app from Apple TV, Android TV or PC. I have re-scanned by libarary but no change.

I have access to my Synology NAS library via other interfaces such as Sonos or folder sharing.

I have come to roads end and need help ! Thanks for any mind of input !

When you move to a new house,

– New Router
– Often a new LAN IP range
– Which means new DNS IP and Default Gateway IP

Check the network config
