In QNAP logs I’m only getting:
Information 2021-03-29 20:32:07 System 127.0.0.1 — — Plex Media Server hasn’t been enabled or started…

Please help

Can you please provide more info?

You’ve not given much to go on.

  1. You state you can’t update to 1.22.1.4288
  2. You list 1.22.0.4163 (presume this is what you have ? )
  3. Did you try to install 1.22.1.4288 ?

Knowing what’s coming from engineering (an important bug fix),
You’re probably better staying at PMS 1.22.0.4163 for a few more days if you haven’t already installed 1.22.1.4288
