I can't install Plex on my Smart TV Samsung MU6405 (error 118)

I have a EU40MU6405, Plex don´t load with the last update (twoi days ago).
I uninstall it.
Now I can not Install Plex Again. Tizen Smart Hub show me Plex v3.84.2 date: 14/02/19.
But when I try to install the application I get an error 118. I couldn’t solve error 118, neither resetting the smart hub, nor resetting the TV to factory.

If you see the Plex app in Apps, uninstall and try again. If that doesn’t work, maybe try installing the preview release from the forums and then doing an upgrade from the App store afterwards. Otherwise, I’d ask Samsung directly to see if they can help, as we can’t really control install/uninstalls.

I found several versions, searching on the internet and I’m not sure which one I should install.

Even so, I have tried some of them by usb and it has given me error to try to install the application from USB, without any specific code.

Only happens with the Plex application, gives the feeling that something has been corrupted on my TV associated with the Plex widget.

I have exactly the same error but on a Samsung QE65Q8 TV, used to work great but since the latest update it would not load at all so uninstalled the app and tried to re- install but get unable to install please try again later (118) Any ideas please I miss plex
