Unable to install Plex app on Samsung UA55MU7000

Hi, I’m new to Plex. I’ve just finished setting up my server and gone to install the app on my TV. However, when I try doing so, I get the following error "Unable to install. Please try again later (118).

The software version is: 3.92.3
My TV is a Samsung UA55MU7000

Can you please provide a solution to this?
