That error is coming from the Smart TV’s store. Unfortunately, Plex has no control of influence on this. You will need to contact Samsung to discuss why the Store isn’t installing the Plex app.

I contacted Samsung who turned a deaf ear to this problem. Which shouldn’t concern me.
In desperation I had to change the application for MEZZMO … !!!
Isn’t it possible to download the PLEX application for Samsung other than from the Samsung store, and install it on a stick via USB?

To be clear, the Plex app is not actually installed on your TV even when using the store. The Smart TV apps are loaded into the TV’s memory over the internet just like a webpage. What you install is more like a link on where to load the app from.
Samsung does not offer a way to make this link manually or to load an app from a USB device.
