Are those videos linked to a movie or tv show library in Plex?
For a tv show library, Plex will ignore all videos that don’t have a season/episode complex (checking, because you’ve named the folder “Films-serie”).
The names should actually be ok for a movie library (assuming your library is pointing at D:\Films-serie\Films\).
Does the movie maybe show with a different title?
You have not set the library to show Localized titles.
You could sort your library by when you added the movies and check if there’s an odd record in Plex that could show instead of the 2 actual movies.
Alternatively you could double-check if there’s items reported as duplicates where one record could combine multiple movies.
Considering the movies seem to be named ok and you’re using a movie library… they should show (the agent settings should only impact how or as what they show).
One more option… did you by chance previously remove those movies from that library from within Plex?
That’s what the flag in your library settings is for.
That being said… so far I didn’t have any issues, so no chance to test how Plex behaves with that checkox unchecked (so I’m not sure if it’ll use the original title instead?!)
Another thing which could influence the display of titles: you have ‘Local Media Assets’ in the top position in your agent configuration.
If you happen to have mp4/m4v files, their ‘Title’ meta tag which might be embedded in these files will override anything else.
So you need to drag the line ‘Local Media Assets’ lower, under all these categories:
