Libraries not showing up on clients

Bit of a long story. I had to restore my Mac Mini from a Time Machine backup which was fine but on launching Plex my TV Shows library wasn’t loading on the web app. I’d see “There was an unexpected error”. I’d get the same when viewing the dashboard (clicking the Home icon). On my iPhone I was getting the “Houston we have a problem” screen.

I figured the problem was with the TV library so I removed it and re-added it. Bit annoying to lose watched statuses but less annoying than not being able to use it. This fixed it on the web app although the dashboard was still telling me there was an Unexpected Error. On my iPhone it still wasn’t loading though. The dashboard / home page on iOS is listing everything as offline although if I go to Movies I can play movies just fine.

I then looked at it on Apple TV and I couldn’t see TV or Movies. No idea what’s going on there.

Any help on this greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It looks like your database is corrupt, two choices. One follow the following Support article.

Then re-install PMS from scratch

Thanks folks, restoring the DB to a previous backup did the trick :slight_smile:
