I have been trying to TURN OFF Audio Description for Movies and TV Episodes (https://support.plex.tv/articles/audio-description-videos/) using two different hardware - my Windows 11 desktop, and my Android TV. No luck.
And I have read this more than once (Reddit - The heart of the internet).

“Edit: I was able to fix by using MKVToolNix to ditch the AC3 audio which was somehow also interfering with the DTS-HD MA and leaking the descriptive audio into all tracks. Thanks for the help!”
