I have three physical servers. Each of them sees the other and its settings

I have three physical servers. Up to the newest release of updates ( loaded today) I notice now that each Plex sever sees all other servers (6 each because of Drobo devices). How can I lock down the machines so that they only see the library’s and such that is on thier hard drives and not the other servers.

Servers don’t see each other.
The client app you use to access and manage these servers was always able to see all servers in your account.

so the Plex app icon that I see on the dock of the Mac mini servers desktop is a link to the website showing my account and all the servers I have within my account?

Then maybe you’re also saying that the App on each device is configured to see only the server and libraries on that physical machine if so configured?

It is a link to the Plex web app, which is signed into your Plex account.
The Plex web app by default is showing you on its front page the libraries on your primary/preferred server.
You can see all libraries of all your servers if you on the left hand side, go all the way down to ‘More…’.
You can then decide to also ‘pin’ a selection or all libraries from other servers, to have them faster available.

If you click on the ‘Tools’ icon at the top, you can access the Settings of your default server. On the left side, you can see the ‘Friendly Name’ of your server.
Click on it, to access the preferences of the other servers.

Let’s first define what you mean by ‘app’. The server installed on each of those machines? If so, yes, the locally running server can only see the media which are accessible on this local machine – unless you make media from other machines locally accessible e.g. by ‘mounting’ network file shares.

ok I checked to make certain that each of the Mac minis have their servers as chosen with a green padlock . I am good there. Thanks so much for that help

If I go to more in the home list all of the servers show up. Some of which have a world icon and appear to be connected and some are not disignated by an exclamation point. I was hoping that these servers would not bother to try to connect to the other servers.

You may also find servers in there which are no longer in operation, but are still listed in your plex account.
Take a look at https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms

saw the link and removed one old unavailable server. Any way I can keep the Mac minis from trying to connect to servers that are not thier own?

Not sure what you mean by that.
As I explained above: a Plex server is not connecting to other servers. The Plex client does it. And it tries to establish contact to all servers which are available in the plex account.

ok then when is see the connection symbol it is just showing me that my online account is trying to access the available servers. Thanks for everything. I really appreciate it.
