Server Version#: 1.23.5.4801
Player Version#: All
I have always had 2 servers, one for recording and one for playing, I can no longer see both servers when I log into any player after upgrading to the las
test Plex server version.
Can you still see/access your servers through their local IPs?
Did you by chance reset your password and opt to sign-out all devices? This will also affect your servers… if they’re still signed out, you won’t see them automatically on your account (except through Plex Web using the local IP address from within the same subnet).
I can see them from the server using 127.0.0.1. Just not from any other device including the other servers. I did not change the passwords or reset them.
Can you open Settings > [Server Name] > General to verify if the server is still signed into your account? If so, you should see your account profile picture and a label Signed in as <your account mail address> next to a button allowing you to sign out. If you’re not currently signed in, the server will offer you an option to link it to your Plex account.
Both are signed in
Are you getting a specific error message from the apps that can no longer see/access your server?
I take it there’s no new/changed/otherwise network restrictions that might block your client/server from seeing each other?
No error and no new network changes, just updated the version of the plex server.
So… what exactly do you see if you open the Plex apps and with which specific apps do you experience this? Any differences between e.g. https://app.plex.tv/desktop and a dedicated client?
Any libraries that got stuck in the More category of your client’s main navigation?
If I log in from a Roku or Firestick or Webpage I can only see one server, not both.
Are you using your main plex.tv account on these devices? Because you haven’t shared your second server with anyone.
So only your main user will be able to see both servers.
Look under MORE at the left side bar to see all servers in your account.
