I solved my Server is "unclaimed" after logout/logon of server or reboot

Server Version#: 1.29.1.6316
Player Version#:N/A

I’m a PLEX newbie and have run into the problem in my title. I am using a Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB) with a Bullseye OS (Debian 11).
The server works as expected except for the persistent “unclaimed” issue. I’ve read several posts with solutions but none have worked for me. Claiming the server manually works fine but it just doesn’t seem to remember.
After working on this off and on over a week or so (and several fresh OS builds) I quit working on it to think about the problem. It occurred that perhaps my wifi connection was not established before Plex started so it wasn’t able to “phone home”. I did a boot and verified the server was unclaimed. Then I manually stopped and restarted the service (“sudo service plexmediaserver stop” and “sudo service plexmediaserver start”). Lo and behold my server was “Claimed”! I then began wondering how to delay the Plex startup for a few seconds. I remembered a setting in raspi-config (wait for network connect on boot) and turned it on.
The problem seems solved.

Correct. PMS must have an active network connection to authenticate (claim).
