Unable to claim my server after long downtime

Server Version#: Version 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#: Web Version 4.108.0

After a year of downtime I decided to get my Plex up and running. After upgrading everything I’m stuck at “This server is unclaimed and not secure”. When claiming server, I can log in on my account and grant access to my local server, but back in Settings → General, it’s still unclaimed and not secure. My network hasn’t changed since I last used Plex.

Any ideas on how to move forward are highly appreciated!
