Claim server don't work after reinstall

After reinstalling Plexmediaserver on my raspberrypi, i have access to plex on windows on the local network (http://192.168.1.25/) with a “claim server warning”. When i click the claim button, nothing happens. Just see some timeout on the logs. Already tried to restart the pi, with no effects.

Well, after digging, really looks more like a connectivity issue on my rpi rather than a plex issue (for now)
