Hello, I think I made a major goof and accidentally deleted my Plex account. I am a long time user and lifetime Plexpass holder - I thought “hey let me help a friend set up his account”. So we made a second account and then went to delete it so he could try the setup “for real” and now I think I somehow deleted MY actual account.
I can no longer log in and get this: “The username or password is incorrect. Repeated attempts may temporarily disable sign in.”. My main server also show unclaimed! I tried the password reset, but receive no email. I couldn’t even log in to this forum, so this question is posted under another account.
Is there any hope in this situation?
Edit: I saw another old post where this happened to someone, so I also sent an email to plexpass if that is still a valid avenue for help.
Edit#2: I have received assistance from Plex support and this issue is resolved.
