I think upgrade has broken my Plex setup

Server Version#: Version 1.18.3.2156
Player Version#: Samsung 4.15.2 Tizen 4.0

I “think” that since the last update to my plex server my clients are not running either at all on my Samsung or very poorly on my laptop. Lots of buffering. Is there a repository of older versions of Plex Server that I can run to test if that is in fact the issue. The entire system is unusable. Sorry I originally posted this under a test user account.
