Tizen Samsung 2.4 will not be able to stream securely anymore. Most of the lg tvs the same. However, my friends’ tvs which are 2019 and running on tizen 5.0 can’t stream securely anymore. Thought it was only for 2.4. Are others affected as well?

Most likely it’s caused by the expired Let’s Encrypt certificates, which has plagued more companies today, since they all expired on 30-09

UPDATE : It appears that all Tizen-based Samsung sets are likely affected by the cert change and will thus need the app and server configured to allow insecure connections.
