I updated my password, cannot access local media libraries

Player Version#: 4.100.1

After resetting the password and forcing all users to authenticate my primary login with my email is now not seeing any of my local media library options. I can now only see Home, Watchlist, Live TV and Discover.

Is there a way to submit a support request, or is this forum the only options for help.

When I try to reset my left menu access options it only lists these as selectable.

Changing the password removed also the server from your account.

I continued to try to find a way to get it working, found under my Account settings that “Online Media Sources” had Movies & TV disabled, Music disabled. In enabled them.

I now have a “More >” on my left menu, when I go to it I see my local server listed with greyed out icon and when I select it is says “Not Authorized” with subheading “You do not have access to this server”.

I was able to reclaim my local server and now have restored my pinned local media. Thanks
