I want large files play on plex server

I want 12 gb video play on plex but the video can’t play. I need to optimize for tv.

Don’t know cuz I have 1tb internet a tv 4k etc

I burn my 1080P with a high bit rate, HQ audio, typical size for a 90 minute blue ray is 14gb, many I have are close to 20 and some over 20 gb. All play just fine.

The problem is likely 4k (assuming you are trying to do 4k) for you, read the rules of 4k, has nothing to do with file size, more likely has to do with compatibility, bit-rate and transcoding
